Super Simple Studio is operated by Dialect Agency Inc. (“Dialect,” “we,” “us”). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit supersimple.studio or submit an inquiry through the site.

What we collect

When you submit the inquiry form, we collect your name, email address, and the project description you provide. You may optionally share a GitHub repository URL and an existing quote from another firm.

We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party scripts on this site. We do not collect device fingerprints or track your browsing behavior.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry and prepare a project estimate. Submitting the form sends two emails through Resend, our email provider: a notification to us and a receipt to you. We will not add you to a mailing list, sell your information, or share it with anyone else.

Data retention

We retain inquiry data for as long as needed to respond to your request and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@supersimple.studio.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. We store inquiry data in systems with appropriate access controls.
